JOB PURPOSE/ MANDATE

Choice is a Vietnamese not-for-profit company that provides practical solutions and cost-effective environmental communications, education, and sustainability consultancy services, serving both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.


We are seeking a Business Development Specialist/ Manager who will develop the sales and CRM initiatives that will maximise income and raise awareness of Choice. As part of this role, you will be working on strengthening relationships with clients and supporters as well as developing new business customers. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing a strong sales team and training sales professionals.
  • Develop sales processes, sales channels, customer care policies, and regulations for the business team.
  • Conduct market research to develop sales solutions that meet customer and market needs.
  • Develop a business strategy that takes advantage of new opportunities and makes the most of a company‘s human, material, and financial resources in order to ensure profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Build pitch decks and quotations with internal stakeholders for new products and services that meet market and customer needs and improve business sales.
  • Promote the company‘s products and services to prospective clients by supporting the marketing and communications team in developing and maintaining marketing channels.
  • Develop relationships with partners and potential customers to expand your business network and open up new markets (including evaluating customers and recognizing risks and opportunities).
  • Maintain and keep good relationships with business partners (including building CRM to control customer service, receiving customer feedback and advising the Project/Product team to enhance our Product)
  • Ensure that sales contracts follow corporate and legal guidelines.
  • Manage invoices, contracts, and debt collection.
  • Ensure the interests of both parties are safeguarded by contract implementation.
  • Handle internal and customer conflicts (if any). 
  • Report to the customer after the contract expires.
  • Assist clients with essential product or service inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide updates and reports to key internal stakeholders through collaborative business meetings.
  • And other requirements assigned by BOD.

REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Economics, Management or equivalent experience in corporate management
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Business Development, marketing, customer service, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques and proven record of sales growth
